Terrazzo Floor Restoration Fort Lauderdale
RESTORED TO LIKE BRAND-NEW!
Suppose you own a high-traffic business or local space with Terrazzo Floor Restoration or a home with terrazzo that’s been hidden under the rug or some other exterior, or you’ve had terrazzo floors for ages and ages. Maybe you are thinking of other flooring options because of the time and money spent on costly stripping, cleaning, and waxing. Before you waste money covering your terrazzo, think of holding it restored instead.
Think your terrazzo floor restored to its mid-century modern beauty with a natural surface that is easy to maintain — no more stripping and waxing, just a quick sweep and a damp mop — using the same method as marble floor restoration.
Terrazzo Difficulties
Terrazzo, a stone made of marble chips in a resin or epoxy base, can lose its appeal and grow dull, scratched, and dirty-looking over time. Other problems include openings from rug tacks or nails, cracks, chips, and spots.
A nice shine on terrazzo floor repair only lasts if proper restoration techniques are used — dirt and grime that set in layers make the floor unsanitary, and improper strip-and-wax cycles create damage and scuffing over time.

Terrazzo Maintenance Plan — weekly cleaning keeps grout lines, shine, and traffic patterns from becoming a bigger problem down the road. With our scheduled preservation program, your floors can look fabulous all the time without the need for recurrent full restoration.
Specialty Solutions
Waxed terrazzo tends to collect dust and yellow over time, requiring a costly cycle of stripping and re-waxing. We offer a gloss or matte polishing finish instead — a filing and honing process that reveals the original stone beneath, with an impregnating sealer to help resist stains and eliminate the wax cycle for good.
For heavier-traffic spaces, our New Generation films perform brilliantly under load: a protective finish that doesn’t yellow, lasts for years, improves slip resistance, and limits the spread of minor infections through anti-microbial properties.
