Our process begins by applying a mild conditioning agent to loosen the accumulated dirt and buildup that dulls tile over time — and notably, we never use muriatic acid. We then hand-scrub every grout line and follow with pressurized equipment delivering 900 pounds of water pressure at 200 degrees of heat. As the surface dries, the original luster of the tile and clean, bright grout lines reappear.
