I’ve been a customer of Colonial Restoration for 4 years now and they have consistently exceeded my expectations when restoring my terrazzo. I recently bought some property that had neglected terrazzo which contained many stains and discoloration. I immediately gave them a call and Ray gave me an accurate estimate while detailing everything they would do and how long it would take. Their communication is excellent and the workers are very professional. I am very impressed with the work they’ve done with my Terrazzo. We had our carpet removed and saw that we had Terrazzo underneath but it was all disguising with multiple stains. My wife liked the pattern however so we looked online to see if we can somehow get it restored and it was the best decision I have ever made. The Terrazzo looked brand new and looked nothing like it did before. Most of the stains were gone and the few that were left are greatly faded. They have fantastic service and I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs to restore old and dirty Terrazzo.

I recently purchased a home and when removing the marble tile that I saw that it already terrazzo underneath. I hired them to repair and restore the Terrazzo since it was way cheaper than installing the marble and they did a fantastic job. Apart from a few stains which are barely visible, one would think this is a brand new installation. They were mostly on time and kept me notified throughout the entire process. I recommend these guys to anyone who needs their Terrazzo repaired or restored.
