Colonial Floor & Stone Care provides terrazzo, marble, and natural stone cleaning, polishing, restoration, and repair services across South Florida. All work is subject to a written estimate and scheduling agreed upon with the client.
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the surfaces and scope of work. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind our work. Results may vary depending on the age, material, and prior condition of your floors. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after completion.
Colonial Floor & Stone Care is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects inherent to the material, or issues arising from improper maintenance after our service is completed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
