Terrazzo Floor Restoration

Terrazzo floor restoration is a timeless and beautiful option for both residential and commercial properties. Over time, even carefully maintained terrazzo can become dull, stained, and scratched — and professional restoration returns these surfaces to their original condition. Restoration involves removing surface damage such as scratches and stains, filling chips and cracks, and polishing the floor to restore its shine, all while preserving the structural integrity of the surface. The result extends your flooring's lifespan, improves the look of your property, and increases its value. Our multi-step process includes assessing the damage, thorough cleaning, repairing chips and cracks, polishing to restore brightness, and applying a protective sealant for lasting preservation. Colonial Floor and Stone Care specializes in both simple repairs and comprehensive restoration, using experienced technicians and quality tools to deliver floors that shine for years.
